May 2011

Swashbuckler middle distance, Dave Woodgate takes an impressive 4th place.

Lewis Andrews 3rd Place overall, awesome, keep it up. Shaun Benfield finishing top 10.

Hannah drewett, first lady what an amazing start to the season, well done Hannah.

April 2011

Sunday 17th

Tanya Hunt raced Hog Hill, ladies open and came in an impressive 4th place with a very close finish, that 1st place is looming. Well done Tan, keep it up.

Sunday 10th

Pippa Tanner racing Gorrick series, came away with 2nd place in the XC mountain bike race, only 1 minute behind first lady.

Shaun Benfield 5th place at Ringwood tri, and first in hiss age group.

March 2011


Lewis Andrews 1st place Durrington Aquathlon. 


Team Endurance at Lugershall Critirium, 2nd male Shaun Benfield, 2nd Female Tanya Hunt, and Lewis Andrews getting 8th Male. 

Dave Woodgate takes 3rd place on a hard course of the Ball Buster Duathlon. 

Tanya Hunt Continues her winning ways in womens road cycling, having had a great winter season is now gettingb ready for a busy spring/summer.

August 2010

A busy month of racing. Dave Woodgate placed 2nd overall at the Swanage Olympic distance in mid-August. This followed hot on the heels of Hannah Drewett placing 5th in the Juior Ladies Elite at the London Triathlon. Also in action at London were Dan Brunton, who placed 27th out of 2,000 at the Sprint distance and Corinne Clark, who placed 11th in the Ladies sub 2:30 category at Olympic Distance.

Sadly, Chirs Newton was unable to complete the Zuirch Ironman due to food poisioning, but Pip Tanner put in a top effort and finished in good style.

July 2010

A busy beginning to July, with many of the team out racing. Of those in action, latest recruit - swimming sensation Hannah Drewett - placed 2nd lady overall at Bournemouth International sprint.

But without a doubt, the hot news this month is Dave Woodgate winning the Race New Forest Boskman at Ellingham/Sandy Balls. A gutsy sprint finish saw him out pace his nearest rival - well done indeed Woody!

Two of the team are flying the colours in Zurich for the Ironman - Pip Tanner and Chris Newton. Best of luck!

Dan Brunton at Blenheim

June 2010

Dan Brunton was in action at the Mazda Blenheim Sprint on 6th June. He placed 102nd out of 5,125 competitors, finishing 27th in AG in a time of 1:16:55.

The team were well represented at the UK Ironman 70.3 on Sunday 20th June. Three members of the team raced - Dave Woodgate finished 12th overall in the Elite category, in a time of 4 hours 45 mins. Shaun Benfield finished 5th in the 40-44 Age Group (51st overall) in 5 hours 12 mins and Corinne Clark finished 2nd in the Female 25-29 Age Group (20th female overall) in a time of 5 hours 55 mins. Both Benfield and Clark qualified for the Ironman 70.3 AG World Championships in Florida later in the year.

Pip Tanner was in action again on the off-road circuit, this time racing the UKMtbtri at Coniston/Grizdale on 20th June. She placed 4th Lady overall.


May 2010

Corinne Clark won AG and first Lady in the Three Spires sprint at Birmingham on 2nd May. Fantastic effort Cozza, well done!

Shaun Benfield, Dan Brunton and Corinne Clark were all in action at Salisbury Fast Twitch, with Benfield winning AG, Brunton 3rd in AG and Clark winning AG too. On the same day, Chris Newton was racing the Marshman half Ironman, placing top 45 overall.


April 2010

Jon Fearne did us proud in South Africa, hitting a personal best time of 10:32 - great achievement Jon, well done.

Pip Tanner was in action at the UKMtbtri race at Ampleforth on 11th. She placed 3rd Lady overall, a great result.


March 2010

Pip Tanner took part in the 10to4 Mtb Challenge race in Kenya recently, where she finished 5th fastest Lady on the day. Here's a photos of Pip in action. Good job!

Dave Woodgate came 8th out of 830 competitors in the Salisbury Plain Area Mountainbikers SPAM Winter Challenge on 3rd January 2010, clocking in a time of 2:06:43 for the 50km race.
Well done Dave!
